Notes: The UK release included a 7" (of "Kool Thing [8 track demo version]" b/w interview, which was also released as the "Sonic Youth Interview Soundsheet") with first 3000 printed. The Japanese Goo CD has four extra tracks ("White Cross (live)", "Eric's Trip (live)", "Cinderella's Big Score (live)", "The Bedroom (live)") on its first pressing. The Mexican release has song titles translated into Spanish.
Produced by Sonic Youth with Nick Sansano and Ron Saint Germain. Sub-production: Don Fleming (also background vocals on "Tunic", "Mote" and "My Friend Goo"), J Mascis (background vocals on "Dirty Boots" and "Disappearer". Vocals on "Kool Thing" by Chuck D.
