Notes: Notes: The first 1000 copies of Blast First! edition came with the poster signed by members of the band. The band photos differ between the 2xLP and various CD issues and the Mute version has no photos at all. Etched on Enigma version side one: "Rock and Roll for president"; side two: "Star strangled Bangles"; side three: "Destory all record labels, part 2 - high, end"; side four: "No sleep till Rhino." The cover paintings are "Kerze" (1982) and "Kerze" (1983) by German artist Gerhard Richter.
